General Conditions
Individual reservations
- All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
- The hotel reserves the right to check the guarantee cards and to pre-authorise the amount of the first night at the end of the cancellation period free of charge.
- If the credit card is not valid, the hotels reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time before the arrival.
- Check-in from 15:00h.
- Check-out until 11:00h in Tayko Bilbao and Check-out until 12:00 in Tayko Sevilla.
- Babies 0-2 years: free of charge in a cot. Children from 3-12 years old. Adults: from 13 years old.
- Free baby cot for children up to 2 years old on request so that the hotel con check availability.
- Pets are admitted. Only stays with dogs are accepted upon request and after being confirmed by the hotel.
- Late check-out upon request and availability. Fee of 10€/hour until 17:00h. From 17:00h we will charge 1 day fee.
- Paid parking on request and subject to availability. Check-in from 15:00h and check-out until 12:00h.
- Flexible rate bookings may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival (00:00h local hotel time is considered the day of arrival). After this time, the first night's stay will be charged. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the check-in date, you will be charged 100% of the first night's rate.
- In case of early departure, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay.
- The No Show (no presentation at the hotel), will have a penalty of 100% of the stay.
No additional guests may be accommodated in a room than the number of guests allowed by the regulations. Otherwise, the hotel is entitled to charge a penalty of €500 and terminate the guest's stay immediately.
- In the event that the reservation includes a partial or total prepayment by credit or debit card, transfer or other alternative payment method, this amount will be considered as a non-refundable prepayment except in the cases established in the current cancellation policy. The amount already paid will be charged against the final invoice total. This payment may not be replaced by a different means of payment, whether by cash, new card or any other alternative method, once applied and confirmed.
Group reservations
- Special conditions for bookings from 6 rooms in our hotel in Bilbao and from 4 rooms in our hotel in Seville.
- Before the arrival of the group it will be necessary to provide the Rooming and Check-in documents duly completed.
Group cancellation policy Bilbao: Cancellation policy for groups of 6 to 15 rooms, up to 30 days, 75% of the total number of rooms booked are allowed to be cancelled free of charge. From 29 days to 15 days before the arrival date, 15% of the total number of rooms booked can be cancelled free of charge. From 14 days to the date of arrival the 100% of the cancellation is non-refundable. For groups of more than 15 rooms, up to 60 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total number of rooms booked can be cancelled free of charge. From 59 days to 30 days prior to the arrival date, 15% of the total number of rooms are allowed to be cancelled free of charge. From 29 days to the arrival date 100% of the cancellation is non-refundable.
- Sevilla Group Cancellation Policy: For groups of 4 to 10 rooms, up to 30 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total number of rooms booked are allowed to be cancelled free of charge. From 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival date, 15% of the total number of rooms booked is allowed to be cancelled free of charge. From 14 days to the date of arrival the 100% of the cancellation is non-refundable. For groups of more than 10 rooms, up to 60 days, 75% of the total number of rooms booked can be cancelled free of charge. From 59 days to 30 days prior to the arrival date, 15% of the total number of rooms are allowed to be cancelled free of charge. - BILBAO EXPERIENCE and BILBAO WELLNESS EXPERIENCE BONUSES:

Subject to conditions in force at the time of booking.

GOURMET GETAWAY VOUCHERS
- The exclusion dates indicated in vouchers apply. Bilbao Experience and Bilbao Wellness Experience. Subject to conditions in force at the time of booking.
- The expiry date of the voucher is indicated in the confirmation email. Stays and/or gastronomic experiences cannot be enjoyed after the expiry date.
- OLA MARTIN BERASATEGUI TASTING MENU VOUCHERS
- The MENU DEGUSTACIÓN vouchers purchased can be redeemed up to 6 months after purchase. Gastronomic experiences cannot be enjoyed after this period.
- GIFT CARDS:
- The vouchers can be exchanged for any of the services offered at Tayko Hotels, including its gastronomic space, Ola Martín Berasategui and Brunch Martín Berasategui.
- The voucher will expire 1 year after its acquisition. Once the voucher has expired, it cannot be exchanged.
- No refunds will be accepted.
- The ticket or invoice must be for an amount equal to or greater than the voucher, otherwise the unused amount of the voucher will not be refunded.
