General Conditions
Individual reservations
- All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
- The hotel reserves the right to check the guarantee cards and to pre-authorise the amount of the first night at the end of the cancellation period free of charge.
- If the credit card is not valid, the hotels reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time before the arrival.
- Check-in from 15:00h.
- Check-out until 11:00h.
- Babies 0-2 years: free of charge in a cot. Children from 3-12 years old. Adults: from 13 years old.
- Free baby cot for children up to 2 years old on request so that the hotel con check availability.
- Pets are admitted. Only stays with dogs are accepted upon request and after being confirmed by the hotel.
- Late check-out upon request and availability. Fee of 10€/hour until 17:00h. From 17:00h we will charge 1 day fee.
- Paid parking on request and subject to availability. Check-in from 15:00h and check-out until 12:00h.
- Flexible rate bookings may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival (00:00h local hotel time is considered the day of arrival). After this time, the first night's stay will be charged. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the check-in date, you will be charged 100% of the first night's rate.
- In the event of anticipated departure, the hotel will charge the amount up to the night following the notification of departure (2 nights).
- The No Show (no presentation at the hotel), will have a penalty of 100% of the stay.
- No additional guests may be accommodated in a room than the number of guests allowed by the regulations. Otherwise, the hotel is entitled to charge a penalty of €500 and terminate the guest's stay immediately.
- Gift Vouchers:
- Dates excluded from the TAYKO BILBAO EXPERIENCE VOUCHER 24 and 25 December 2024, 30 January 2025, 13 to 19 April 2025 both included, 20 and 21 May 2025, 10 to 12 July 2025 both included, 22 to 26 September both included, 16 to 23 November 2025 both included, 5 to 8 December 2025 both included, 24 and 25 December 2025.
- Dates excluded from the TAYKO SEVILLA EXPERIENCE VOUCHER December 24th and 25th 2024, April 13th to 19th 2025 both included, May 1st to 10th 2025 both included, June 2nd to 6th 2025 both included, June 30th and 31st 2025, July 1st to 3rd 2025 both included, December 5th to 8th 2025 both included, December 24th and 25th 2025.
- Las Escapadas Gourmet podrán canjearse hasta el 31/03/2025.
- Tasting Menus can be redeemed up to 3 months after purchase. Vouchers purchased between 1/12/2024 and 6/1/2025 can be redeemed up to 6 months after purchase.
- Gift Cards:
- The vouchers can be exchanged for any of the services offered at Tayko Hotels, including its gastronomic space, Ola Martín Berasategui.
- The voucher will expire 1 year after its acquisition. Once the voucher has expired, it cannot be exchanged.
- No refunds will be accepted.
- The ticket or invoice must be for an amount equal to or greater than the voucher, otherwise the unused amount of the voucher will not be refunded.

- TAYKO MEMBERS BLACKWEEK: Promotion valid until 02/12/2024 applicable on direct bookings for users registered in the Tayko Members loyalty programme, for stays between 1/12/2024 and 31/3/2025. Dates excluded from the promotion: Christmas period from 22/12/2024 to 31/12/2024 (both included). Not combinable with other promotions or discounts.
- Early Bird Discount:
- Dates excluded in Tayko Bilbao: 20 and 21 May 2025.
- Dates excluded in Tayko Seville: 21st and 22nd February 2025, 17th to 19th April 2025 both included, 26th April 2025, 4th to 10th May 2025 both included.
Group reservations
- Special conditions for bookings from 6 rooms in our hotel in Bilbao and from 4 rooms in our hotel in Seville.
- A deposit of 25% of the total is requested to guarantee the reservation. The remaining 75% must be paid at least 14 days before the date of arrival. (Except that otherwise indicated in the personalized proposal).
- In case of non-receipt of the deposits on the dates indicated, Tayko Hotels may dispose of all or part of the rooms and services reserved.
- Deposits paid on account will not be refunded.
- Up to 15% of the rooms booked may be cancelled free of charge, provided that this reduction is made at least 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
