Coming with children?
We have free cots for babies from 0 to 2 years old. Don't forget to ask for it so that we can have it ready for you. Children from 2 to 12 years old will always sleep in our Tayko Junior Suite, which has a living room with a 1.60m sofa bed, opening it will incur an additional cost. From 13 years old onwards they are considered adults.
Are you coming with a puppy?
The furry ones are always welcome in Tayko Bilbao. We do not set a size limit, because we know that family is not measured by kilograms. In direct bookings through our website, we will charge a supplement of 25€ per night so that your dog feels at home. Forget about the food bowl, water bowl and cot because we will take care of that for you. They will have direct access to the reception, lifts and corridors, but not to the restaurant areas. Dogs are only accepted upon prior request and confirmation by the hotel.
