Coming by car?
Getting to the heart of the Old Town is well worth the effort. Although access by car is restricted, we have parking options to make your arrival as convenient as possible.
We have dedicated parking spaces for our guests, located just 200 metres from the hotel, across the Puente de la Merced. As these are limited, you will need to book them in advance through our reception team. The car park accommodates vehicles up to 2.60 metres in height and 4.70 metres in length.
If you prefer, the Arenal car park, located about 400 metres away, offers a 10 % discount to our guests. Simply ask at reception.
Coming with children?
We want guests of all ages to enjoy their stay with the same peace of mind. We provide free cots for babies up to 2 years old. Simply request one before your arrival so that everything is ready for you. Children aged 2 to 12 stay in our Tayko Junior Suite, which features a lounge and a 1.60 m sofa bed. There is an additional charge for using the sofa bed. From the age of 13, the adult rate applies.
Are you coming with a puppy?
At Tayko Bilbao, we know that travelling is also about sharing the journey with those who are part of your life. That’s why dogs are always welcome, whatever their size. For bookings made via our website, there is a supplement of €25 per night. We’ll provide the food bowl, water bowl and bed so that all you have to do is enjoy your stay. Dogs are allowed in the reception area, the lifts and communal passageways, but not in the dining areas. Stays with dogs require prior request and confirmation from the hotel.

Your private corner, your rest area, your work area, you will find it in the attic of the building, on the seventh floor.
