Tayko Hotels gift cards start at €150. You can choose between €150, €275, €500 and €1,000, or specify the amount you want. They are valid for one year and can be used at all our hotels and dining venues.
How many people can use the gift vouchers?
Tayko Hotels’ experience vouchers are designed for two people. Gift cards, on the other hand, are for a specific amount and can be used by whoever you choose.
How do you redeem a Tayko Hotels voucher or gift card?
It depends on what’s included. If the voucher includes accommodation, you can make a booking by contacting the hotel directly, either by telephone or email: for Tayko Bilbao, +34 944 652 070 and bilbao@taykohotels.com, and for Tayko Seville +34 955 830 047 and sevilla@taykohotels.com. If the voucher does not include accommodation, the booking is made directly via the website and you will receive a confirmation email.
